This Exquisite Kitchen Remodel Makes the Most of the Owners’ Space

Here is one of our favorite projects from 2020, a kitchen remodel we did in a West Buncombe, NC, home. We kept the basic footprint of the kitchen the same, but we increased the size of the island, which provided more baking prep area. The larger island highlighted the incredible pattern of the Cambria Skara Brae quartz countertop, a major feature of this kitchen that added depth and movement to the space.

HomeSource Designer Bonnie Hester created the vision for this kitchen. She says, “Not only were the clients a joy to work with, they also love to cook and bake, and I LOVE designing kitchens for people who actually use them!”
