The renovation of this kitchen and master bathroom was guided by thoughtful planning and respect for the home's existing aesthetic. The client knew exactly what she wanted: to maintain the kitchen's successful footprint and floor plan while upgrading every surface and system for better functionality and style.
One of the key functional improvements involved adjusting the cabinet height from 24 inches to the standard 18-inch clearance, ensuring comfortable accessibility for daily use. This attention to ergonomic details, combined with clever storage solutions under the bar seating area, transformed the space into a host-friendly environment perfect for entertaining.

In the master bathroom, the approach was equally thoughtful. The original wallpaper, which the client loved, was preserved while new tile was installed for both the floor and shower. The addition of a freestanding tub creates a spa-like retreat that perfectly complements the room's existing character.
